Tiny Harbor is the definition of comfort gaming. You start with a rundown dock and slowly build it into a bustling little port — repairing buildings, sending out boats, and arranging shops. It all ticks along even without a connection.

There's no energy meter forcing you to stop, which I appreciated. You play as long as you want and come back whenever. The upgrade tree is generous, giving you a steady drip of new things to unlock.

It's not deep in a strategic sense, but it's endlessly relaxing, and the little townsfolk have surprising personality. Great offline background game.
