Lantern Vale

Lantern Vale is a mood as much as a game. You explore a quiet valley by tapping to move and interact, solving light environmental puzzles and slowly uncovering what happened to the village. There's no combat, no timers — just curiosity.

The art is beautiful in a hand-painted way, and the puzzles lean on observation. I spent one puzzle staring at a mural for ten minutes before it clicked, and the satisfaction was real. It never insults your intelligence with hint spam.

It's a short-to-medium experience you can savour in a few sittings, all offline. Perfect for winding down before bed.
